The Year 7's and 8's traveled up to Corop in Central Victoria for an adventure camp. It was a great opportunity for our students, many of whom are new to our school, to build relationships with each other and with teaching staff in a different environment.
Activities included Canoeing, Indoor Rock Climbing, Orienteering, Archery, Abseiling and a fantastic Flying Fox. Many of these activities pushed students to their comfort zone and beyond and all of the students left the camp feeling proud of their achievements.
100% completion rate was achieved for all daring activities....even after a couple of nervous moments from a select few!!! Despite minimal sleep on night 1, a great time was had by all.
A big thanks to the staff that attended and a speciali thanks to Mr Bombaci for organising it.
